The Legions

Structure

The Legions consist of 4000 Men, consisting of 3700 enlisted ranks, the rest containing the command structure.

  • The basic subunit of the Legion is the Decture, a unit consisting of 10 enlisted men, led by an individual with the rank of Decturen. This unit size is used for patrols.
  • 5 Decture form together in units called a Lecture. At this level can the first command of any of the ennobled officers of the legion be found, the Lecturen.
  • 4 Lecture now form the basic legion unit, the Dicenture. Numbering 200 men this unit is the backbone of any Imperial battle line. Led by the Dicenturen.
  • 5 Centure together form a Hemi-legion
  • 2 Hemi-legion together form the Demi-legion
  • 2 Demi-legion together form a full Legion. Led by an individual holding the rank of “Rexia”
